  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

📌 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
